I've already registered for newsnab using the code supplied by Edexcel and have been looking round the site and downloading activity sheets. Why do I need to buy PIN codes from Pearson Longman?

Edexcel supplied temporary 30-day registration codes to enable you to look round the newsnab website.

You will need to buy PIN codes from Pearson Longman to enable staff and students to access the site during the coming year.

Student PIN codes
The booklets containing the codes are designed so that you can just tear out a page with a unique student code on it and give it to your student to register themselves. You do not have pre-register your students. Once students are registered, they will automatically appear in your gradebook (mark book) and you will be able to assign work to them and so on.
