If you are using newsnab.com (started Sept 2008) for the first time, look at the information available on the home page and the Quick Start tour and Guide to Registering at www.newsnab.com.

For help when you are in the site, click on the Help tab at the top right of the screen. The content displayed will be relevant to the page that you are on but other content can be found both from the Index and from the Search.

If you are a teacher you will also find useful help and advice on the SNAB teachers googlegroups forum at http://groups.google.com/group/snab-teachers.

Sept 2007

If you are using the 2007 'classic' Snabonline www.snabonline.com, click Help in the top right of the screen, then click Teacher and Technician help pages and Technical FAQs for information about a range of issues.
